There was a consultation fee, and the director recommended buried sutures, while the staff member recommended incision. I didn't want the buried sutures to come undone, so I chose incision. I wanted a glamorous in-out line, so I showed photos and asked them to make it as in-out as possible, but it's not even a year yet and it's close to an in line, so I'm not satisfied. They said I'd need a canthoplasty to get the line I wanted, so I had that done too, but the canthoplasty is a bit uneven and one side looks slightly pulled toward the hook shape. I also didn't get the line I wanted. I later found out that after double eyelid surgery this can be a forehead-lifting case, and I wish they had told me that during the consultation. The person who did the sedation anesthesia seemed a bit less experienced. They tried 3 times in my arm and then did it at my ankle. The person removing the stitches smelled like cigarettes from their hands, which made me uneasy. There is no incision scar and it looks natural, but I wish they had honestly said during the consultation what could and couldn't be done. I'm writing the price from memory.
