I haven't seen the facilities yet, so I'll give them a middle-of-the-road rating. Both the doctor and the counseling staff were kind and explained the things I was curious about well. There was no pushy recommendation to choose incision surgery just because of money, between buried and incision methods. I'm pretty interested and still deciding.
