The consultation manager was kind and the doctor was thorough, which I liked. Compared to other hospitals, the diagnosis was more detailed, and the manager told me a lot before I even had to ask, which was nice. But I was surprised when they recommended eyelid correction and an incision, which other hospitals had not recommended. They said my eye-opening strength wasn't weak and I didn't need eyelid correction.. They didn't say it as in "you must do it," but more like "it would be better if you did it," so they left the judgment to me instead of making a doctor's judgment, which felt a bit off. And then they suddenly mentioned a forehead lift in the middle, which startled me a little.. They were kind and nice, but I'm a bit hesitant about surgery.
