The hospital is comfortable and the waiting area is spacious, which I liked, and you don't need a separate reservation for Botox. If you suddenly want Botox, there may be a wait, but it's nice that you can go without booking and be seen right away. They don't push Botox excessively and only recommend exactly what you need.
