The staff were just basically polite, and the doctor was like, "Haha, you came wearing too much makeup so it's hard to see," speaking in a sharp, irritated way and looking like he was in a bad mood. The hospital interior and the doctor's mindset both felt old-fashioned, so I don't think you need to get treatment here.
