First of all, the counseling director was so kind. During the consultation, she spoke honestly and clearly. The director was good because he precisely and firmly explained what was necessary and what was unnecessary, and he gave a very thorough consultation. However, the waiting time was a bit long, and it felt a little like they were encouraging same-day booking.
