After finishing a consultation at another clinic, I came out and was suddenly told that someone had added a surgery and they could not consult me at my reserved time. When I asked what I was supposed to do, they did not answer. I said they should have contacted me at least the day before and asked what I was supposed to do if they told me on the same day, and they replied, “Exactly, it’s the day of the appointment...” That shocked me a second time. Since the clinic where I had just consulted was nearby, I asked whether I could go now, and they said yes, so I went for the consultation. The line they designed was the prettiest here, and the price was not bad, but since they changed my reservation because of their own mistake without even apologizing, I did not think communication afterward would be good, so I ended up choosing another place. Still, when I visited, the consultant was kind during the consultation!
