I had surgery seven years ago when [Clinic A] was still located at its previous site, and I still absolutely love the design. They made it fit my face perfectly, with a very clean, natural straight line. During surgery, they said they would use ear cartilage if there was not enough septal cartilage after opening it up, but they made it look beautiful using only septal cartilage. However, a lot of time has passed, and the silicone implant has started to move. My right nostril was blocked after surgery, but I thought it was simply because the surgery was recent. Even now, seven years later, the right side is still blocked and breathing is uncomfortable. A CT scan showed that my septum is deviated to the right. Still, I really love the shape.
