I went for a consultation, and after looking at the current condition of my eyes, they explained two plans rather than deciding on only one surgical method. Because there is quite a lot of scarring and adhesion from previous surgeries, Plan A is to first release the sutures placed during my last non-incisional eye-shape correction through partial incision, wait about a month, check how much the adhesions have loosened, and then create a new line again through a non-incisional method.
