The consultation coordinator was rude and impolite. The doctor who operated on me at another clinic moved to A-Top, so I wanted to see this doctor for a follow-up, but they refused to let me meet them until the end. They said that even though the doctor is now at their clinic, because my surgery was done elsewhere, I should go ask the other clinic. This is a clinic where you can't even meet the doctor who operated on you. I don't know how to contact that doctor, but they keep promoting themselves through Reels, which makes me angry. Did the front desk simply cut off communication? Do the doctors in charge receive messages saying that a former patient wants a follow-up? I don't know whether it is the people or the system. A-Top is extremely frustrating when it comes to dealing with people. I was going to leave comments on all their social media posts and do various other things, but I only wrote about it in this community.
