I wanted surgery with the chief doctor, but they said he handles contracture cases and difficult noses, so I could not choose the doctor freely. This was a very long time ago, and there were no apps then, so information was limited. After surgery, I was left with a large scar on my nose. The only aftercare was oxygen therapy, and I ultimately had a straight scar on my nose. The hospital's response was mediocre. The chief doctor seems skilled, so if you want a safe surgery and a good result, regardless of the exact shape, I recommend seeing him from the beginning. The hospital's response was just average, and it was far too expensive for a first surgery.
