I visited while researching a revision rhinoplasty because I was dissatisfied with the shape. They explained donor rib cartilage, and I liked what they said about the nasal tip and bridge line, so I am still deliberating whether to have the surgery. The reviews show beautiful, defined noses. I am half wondering whether I could become like that, half looking forward to it. A surgeon who clearly says whether it can or cannot be done + decent aesthetic sense The review cases... I will look around the other places where I have consultations booked and then decide, but if I had not had any other appointments, I probably would have booked the surgery long ago.
