I am writing this for the public good... I had septoplasty without an implant in 2020, and it drooped after only one month. I have simply lived with it until now, but I am looking into revision surgery because I want a pretty nose while I am still young, and I am active in this community... Why did they not use ear cartilage? Sigh T_T I learned this while getting revision consultations. Apparently, because my nose is naturally small, my septum was too small and ear cartilage should have been added... Of course, 2020 was before autologous costal cartilage became popular, and I understand that they did not recommend it because it was my first surgery. I chose them because there was no sign of sales talk during the consultation and they seemed honest, but I do not know about others; I am dissatisfied. I paid quite a lot, so the result is very disappointing.
