This was the first time I felt sorry for an employee. I went for a consultation and was shocked to see the director harshly reprimanding the consultant even in front of customers like me. If I were a patient, I feel like I would be harshly reprimanded after surgery too. She seems to have a strange obsession with acting cool, and also seemed somewhat contrarian (?), so I do not think she would be very meticulous. During the consultation, she instead talked about academic credentials. I cannot understand what my educational background has to do with anything, but I could feel her looking down on people—not me, but the surrounding staff and consultants.
