The coordinator was reasonably kind, but I felt the surgeon’s consultation was less satisfactory than expected. While telling me to look at my current condition in the mirror, the surgeon spoke in a way that made it sound as though my face looked very strange, which hurt my feelings. I had even paid a deposit, but after deliberating I canceled. Even so, they handled the cancellation kindly and smoothly, and I never felt that they were trying not to let me cancel!
