It has been about 2 months since I had waist liposuction and fat grafting to shape my hips together. At first, I wondered if recovery would be difficult because I had both done at once, but it was better than I expected. For a few days after surgery, my waist felt tight and it was uncomfortable getting up and down. I was careful with my daily activities because of my hips, and it was a little bothersome having to pay attention to my sleeping position too T_T There was more bruising and swelling than I expected, but it gradually improved after a week. From around the second week, moving around became much easier, and the stiffness in my waist had almost disappeared. At that point, though, I could not really tell that my waist had become much slimmer, probably because there was still swelling. After about three weeks, the line became clear, and once the swelling completely went down, my waist looked slimmer haha. After my sides and waist were refined, I could see that my silhouette looked different from before, and my hip line also seemed to have settled better than at first. Now, at two months, my waist has definitely slimmed down a lot, and my hips seem to have retained a moderate amount without looking overfilled. I was told fat grafting can still change, so I need to watch the result a little longer, but so far I am satisfied.
