It was exactly a factory-style procedure, no more and no less. They injected so carelessly that there was no effect at all, but the price was cheap enough that I had no expectations. It was a long time ago, but I still remember feeling a bit sad that the anesthesiologist specialist was the one doing the injections at the time. Since it didn't hurt and there was no effect, if you have severe calf muscle lumps, go somewhere expensive.
