I had double eyelid surgery when I was young, about 9 to 10 years ago. I said I wanted a thick double eyelid with incisional surgery, but they said buried sutures would suit my eyes better, so I had that together with epicanthoplasty. About 4 years later, one side came undone, so I got a revision at another place. Since it was my first double eyelid surgery, I got a soft, natural look with buried sutures, so it probably would have come undone eventually. I remember the shape was made very naturally and well.
