I went for a consultation for aegyo-sal filler, and first of all it felt much more like a dermatology clinic than a plastic surgery clinic. It was a bit smaller than other places too. When I said I wanted aegyo-sal filler, they said I already had some and it would be better not to do it, so I just came back out I think it was the manager, and they were nice, and I liked that they didn't try to push anything on me.
