It's been about 4 years since I had the surgery. The change is not dramatic, but the appearance is natural. Compared with my previous eyes, the change isn't very big, so I'm not completely satisfied, but if you want a safe surgery, I don't think it's bad. However, if you want a glamorous eye look, I personally wouldn't really recommend it.
