In my early 20s, I did not look into it enough and just impulsively had surgery. After that, I had revision surgery at the same place twice for the problem of the silicone shifting (free of charge). Even so, my nose is still a little crooked and there is still a problem of it being pushed to one side. Now I have time, so I am properly looking into revision surgery. It was really bad.
