I went there on a recommendation, and the director only said what needed to be said in a stiff way. He did explain things clearly, but there was no warmth or strong impression at all. That's important to me too (This is completely subjective, so just use it as a reference.) But the staff were checking charts and laughing among themselves, and they didn't feel particularly kind, so that was a big minus. The clinic was really gorgeous, though, maybe because of the view.
