The doctor was really kind and consulted with sincerity and care. But the consultant’s insistence on booking the surgery that same day? was so persistent that it actually made me reluctant. And the consultant somehow seemed like they were lying, so I couldn’t trust them. It felt like they cared too much about making money from surgery. The director was really kind.
