First of all, the facility is very small and outdated, and for such a tiny place, the staff communicate very poorly with each other. It was also a day when I was supposed to get treatment, but they told me to wipe my face and leave, so when I said I had treatment, they hurriedly checked and then guided me to the treatment room. There seem to be many more things that need to be improved communication-wise as well.
