I had six-pack abdominal muscle surgery. I lost weight through exercise, but there is a limit to building abs through exercise, so I had the abdominal muscle surgery. I think this is the first place in Korea that does six-pack surgery. My friend is a celebrity manager and said he had surgery here, so I trusted it and went ahead. The conclusion is that I like it so much. Being able to get six-pack abs through surgery, even while continuing exercise and diet management, feels like a necessary investment for me.
