I had concerns about acne scars and pigmentation, so I went to a factory-style place nearby to get toning at the event price. Even though it was a factory-style clinic, they still did it carefully. For those kinds of spot-treating lasers, hand technique doesn’t really matter, so it seems fine to just find a nearby cheap place and go.
