I had my very first surgery in my life and got breast surgery without fear. I was very satisfied and they were kind, and they took good care of me after the surgery. However, one implant rotated, and there was the Allergan issue, so when I contacted them, they said they would replace it if I only paid the implant cost. It was a financial burden so I didn't do it, but overall I am satisfied with the surgical result.
