I went for a consultation because I was really worried about being obese in the lower body. The doctor was refreshingly straightforward, which I liked. I could also feel a strong pride in the surgery. And I felt a kind of delicate care, like explaining the sagging skin that can happen if too much is removed, and adjusting the amount to suit my body type.
