The director's explanation was fine, but the manager was kind of absurd. It was the first time in my life I ever really argued with someone. I'm the type to wait even if the wait is long.. At other hospitals, I could wait an hour and still put up with it. After making a reservation, I called to confirm and was told there was surgery, so I might be a little late. I asked how many minutes, and they said about 30 minutes late, so I said okay and went.. But when I talked with the manager, she said something like she wasn't sure whether the director would even be able to consult because of surgery, which was really absurd. I went there expecting to consult with the director of course.. Since I argued a bit, they said okay and took care of it, but it was still late. While I was waiting, I saw other people cancel and leave too. If they aren't confident, I wish they wouldn't take consultations. Other hospitals don't do it like that.. ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
