Overall it felt clean, and the atmosphere was fine too. The director also felt like they were trying to explain as much as possible... They showed a lot of materials and the consultation time was long, so I could learn a lot. It seemed like they set things up in a really tight, natural way that suited me without being excessive? They explained the aftercare very carefully too, so it felt reassuring that they would take care of me like that even after the surgery. And even though it was a mini facelift, since it’s still surgery, I liked that they honestly explained all the pros and cons.
