I'm still young and wanted a V-line, but I was already asymmetrical before surgery and I'm still asymmetrical after surgery, so I guess there's nothing that can be done about that since that's how I was born. And I wanted a V-line through liposuction and lifting, but the doctor put fat into my chin on his own, which made my chin longer.
