I had it done 2-3 years ago, and it was my first time. I went after hearing that they make it natural and not overdone. It finished really quickly, it didn’t hurt, and there wasn’t much discomfort even after the procedure. The effect seemed to last for more than 3 months. It was just an effect like losing a bit of weight, and I was satisfied with that, but they said if you get it regularly, compensatory muscles can develop or the effect can become minimal, so I stopped getting it. I’m thinking of going again next time.
