I consulted with hope because the eye shape shown on the website was natural and exactly my style, and the clinic is run by a single surgeon I prefer, with almost no advertising and mostly word of mouth. I arrived early and waited about 5 minutes past my original consultation time. With the consultation manager, I only discussed which area I wanted surgery on; the surgical details were discussed with the doctor, and the price and schedule were discussed with the consultation manager. The doctor wasn't particularly friendly or salesy, but personally that made me trust him more. He listened to my opinions well, and the surgical direction also seemed right for me, so barring any major changes, I think I'll get surgery here. I also liked that he did not recommend eye correction, unlike other places. Since the doctor didn't have a sales tone, the consultation manager did have more of a sales tone, and was the kind to act familiar, so I lowered the staff friendliness score because I thought some people might not like that. Still, they were kind, and there was no pressure to pay a deposit or force a schedule, which was really good. Most of the hospital's customers seemed older and like long-time regulars. Seeing regular customers chat familiarly with the doctor was also one of the things that increased my trust. I'm not a viral ad and I really did go around doing in-person consultations. 참고하세요.
