I’ve lived in Centum for a long time, and this is a clinic I’ve been going to for 10 years. It focuses on petit procedures and is not a board-certified plastic surgeon. The doctor’s attitude is fairly cool and not rude, but the consultation manager and front desk staff underneath are all either blunt or just plain rude. These rude staff members even made mistakes at work, so as a regular customer I complained several times. It feels like they’ll do anything that makes money. Centum is expensive, so everyone tends to be like that, but someone I know also went here and said it was just so-so and the staff had no expression and weren’t great. In the Centum area, they chase money, don’t discourage any procedure you want, and since it’s a wealthy neighborhood, they’ll happily pile on a bunch of other procedures too. There are many doctors here whose backgrounds you can’t even tell, and the proportion of specialists is lower than in Seomyeon. Most of the procedures are petit ones, so it doesn’t seem like there’d be a major complaint, but if pigmentation happened after a laser or a thread-like depressed scar formed on the cheek from something like meso-certain, they just acted like they knew nothing. What’s good about a clinic that treats a 10-year regular like this? They don’t even offer anything as a courtesy. I think this is a clinic where money is everything. Be careful with places like this.
