I had the inner corner epicanthoplasty with buried sutures 5 years ago. The doctor didn't explain the consultation in much detail, just took a quick look and marked the line. I was going to get the outer corner done too, but after looking at my eyes once, he said they were eyes that couldn't have outer corner surgery, so I didn't do it. The manager is friendlier than I expected, but the doctor is very perfunctory. Anyway, I went through with it, and at first my eyes were so swollen I thought it had failed, but once the swelling went down, it turned out fine and I was satisfied. Looking at the clinic website, it seems like they prefer a natural look rather than a dramatic double eyelid. If you like something flashy, I don't recommend it. I think there was a 10,000 won consultation fee. There seemed to be more middle-aged patients than young people.
