There is a consultation fee of 10,000 won to begin with. If you go, they recite information about scar lasers that appeared in newspapers and explain things quickly, as if they memorized a script. They said this scar laser doesn't work for more people than it does, and that it has to be treated early to be effective, but well... regardless of all that, it seems like they don't really understand the kind of mindset a patient has when coming in for a consultation. On my forehead there is an oval scar bigger than 2 cm, about the size of a thumb, with little open gaps in it, and when I asked about it, they smiled slightly and said, 'We don't treat things like that.' I don't know whether the treatment would have worked since they didn't do it, but it seems like their heart for accepting others is lacking.
