I went for a consultation about under-eye fat, but I didn’t meet the doctor and instead consulted with the manager. There wasn’t anything special, so it seems like you could just consult by phone or decide after watching the doctor’s explanation on YouTube without visiting in person. For surgeries that require design work, the doctor does the consultation, they said. The cost was the same as what was listed on the community.
