The director was kind, had a good impression, and explained things passionately. They have a lot of experience with extreme eye cases, and they showed me photos and videos from the operating room. On the other hand, the consultation manager was the worst. She had absolutely no knowledge about eyelid revision or even eye surgery in general, and she explained it using a completely nonsensical surgical method. When I hit the core point, she just hedged and kept insisting to the end, trying to beat the patient down, which was absurd. I was shocked by how she talked down about the patient's face and how she would make snide comments when she didn't like the patient's behavior. You should be ashamed for damaging the hospital's image, kim kim kim kim
