First of all, I liked that I could talk directly with the doctor right away. They were kind and seemed to try to understand what I wanted. The manager also only explained the surgery schedule and costs without pressuring me. I had the surgery, and there’s no scar and it turned out well, so I’m satisfied. My eyes still look small, but I think they’ll improve once the swelling goes down.
