There are really a lot of people, and even if you make a reservation through the app, the wait is quite long. They don't give separate anesthesia, but I'm pretty good at enduring pain, so it wasn't a big deal for me. It's fine if you just want to get affordable domestic Botox. The doctor and staff are generally kind.
