I went straight in without waiting and had a consultation directly with the doctor without going through a manager, and wow... it was the longest and most detailed consultation I’ve had. It felt like I sat through a 40-minute lecture about eyes. They showed a lot of before-and-after cases and went over all the improvement points I had written down, and I was like, this is it. But the price was double that of other places... and there were one or two worrying reviews, so I think I need to think about it more. The hospital building itself was the worst place I’ve been to.
