I had a consultation for revision double eyelid surgery, and the director took it seriously and looked at me carefully. They kept having me open and close my eyes and explained the cause of my eye shape well, while also listening to my opinions. They also explained the possible side effects and other issues clearly. The consultation coordinator was kind too.
