Maybe because they're a dermatologist specialist, the professionalism of the consultation was on another level compared with skin treatment clinics run by general doctors who are not dermatology specialists. I also liked that they explained things in easy-to-understand everyday language. But even if the degree of pain during the procedure itself varies from person to person, although I was told about the pain beforehand, it was still painful.
