The manager who consulted with me explained things well and was kind, and more than anything, being able to meet the doctor who would do the surgery in person before the operation, have a consultation, and see example slides in a PPT while they explained everything made it feel very professional. And above all, they showed confidence in the surgery, which ultimately made me decide.
