I got a consultation about reoperation for my eyes, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable and explained things in great detail, which I liked. They were honest about side effects too, so I think that was actually better. But the consultation manager seemed to keep trying to negotiate based on cost, and I was surprised that it was more expensive than I expected.
