I went there to get fat removed from my eyes. Since it was a weekday, I went in right away without waiting, had a 5-minute consultation with the manager, and then a 30- to 40-minute consultation with the director. The director spoke honestly and showed me various cases while consulting, and then I talked with the manager again. The director was kind, but among the staff, only the consultation manager was somewhat kind, and the rest were honestly the most unfriendly out of all the clinics I’ve ever been to. Even when I went to get the stitches removed, they just looked at me when I arrived, so I had to go up first and say I came to get the stitches removed. When I left, I greeted them first, but there wasn’t even a formal goodbye.
