It was the first place I had a consultation at, and I really went there on a hot, exhausting day, but the director gave me a drink and consulted with me kindly. They also helped make the consultation comfortable. The doctor’s consultation was relaxed too, and they didn’t suggest anything other than the nose or try to steer me into other procedures, so I could talk comfortably. Thank you for the thorough consultation.
