The staff are all gathered together like they really hate working. First of all, there wasn't even basic consultation, and I couldn't really tell whether the procedure had started or finished. I kept asking myself, 'Is it over? Can I leave? Can I go?' over and over. Only when I asked did they say, 'Ah, yes, it's finished.' Then I asked, 'Can I just leave?' and they said, 'Ah, yes, you can go.' Honestly, I'd rather they just introduced robots.
