I went for a consultation because I wanted surgery to correct a hump nose and parrot beak nose. The doctor was cheerful and explained everything in detail. The material was ear cartilage, and he said he would place a support strut in the columella. He recommended open surgery, but when I said I wanted a closed approach, he said it was possible, though not recommended. I liked that he felt professional, but I’m not sure whether the line would suit me, so I probably won’t get the surgery.
