I waited quite a long time, and it seemed like the staff weren’t communicating with each other well because they kept sending me here and there, which made them seem a bit less professional. The director seemed kind of like an AI robot. He looked skilled, but maybe because he seemed tired, the explanations felt a bit rushed. I didn’t get a strong sense of “this is the place,” and at the end they pushed me to make a reservation, which felt burdensome.
